PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Our customer is a world-leading provider of transport solutions, driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system and creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society and the environment. The product-related services that we are working on allow for the end customers to streamline their transport operations. You’ll be part of teams with talented, customer-focused people who also have a consultant mindset.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites and mobile devices.
• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups.
• Design logos, icons and infographics.
• Can take abstract or flow-based input from UX Designers/Product Owner (new requirements/ existing required improvements) and translate it into polished, high-fidelity mockups or prototypes.
• Understands user journeys and delivers design artifacts that reflect user intent and system logic.
• Understand the development constraints.
• Design modular components to ensure efficient development.
• Utilize customer’s design system and create complementary components when needed.
• Establish a clear visual hierarchy and structure to enhance usability and reduce cognitive load.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and UX team to align with product and user needs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design and implementation alignment.

TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS) so you can work together with developers.
• Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction.
• A solid foundation in typography, layout and design.
• Experience with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Keen eye for details and a developed sense of aesthetics.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
• Good knowledge of modern design practices.
• Fluency in using Design systems and continuously suggest improvements, creating designs that adhere to established standards and guidelines.
• You can effectively communicate ideas, design decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders, as well as motivating your design ideas.
• You have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your user-centered design skills and your ability to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills
• Open to give and receive feedback
• Proactive and result driven
• Strong customer orientation

• University degree in Design/Computer Science/Engineering
