PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Our customer is a world-leading provider of transport solutions, driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system and creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society, and the environment. The product-related services that we are working on allow the end customers to streamline their transport operations. You’ll be part of teams with talented, customer-focused people who also have a consultant mindset.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Support the team in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities; maintain visibility of objectives, dependencies, and delivery progress under guidance.

• Facilitate selected Agile events and support the team in applying Scrum or Kanban practices, with guidance from an experienced Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.

• Help clarify requirements, technical details, assumptions, and open questions by facilitating communication among project stakeholders and delivery team.

• Collect, validate, and communicate agreed delivery metrics, status updates, dependencies, risks, and action items to relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain an agreed team delivery metrics and help the team interpret trends during reviews and improvement discussions.

• Manage operational/administrative tasks.

• Build effective day-to-day relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, look for feedback, and raise sensitive issues to the responsible Delivery Manager of the account.

• Understand the agreed service commitments and support the team in monitoring delivery.

• Gain practical exposure to different project types (time and material, fixed price) and setups (team as a service, distributed teams) in an Agile environment, while receiving the necessary support from Senior DM.

• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, monitoring project progress and proposing proactive measures under guidance from a Senior DM.

• Maintain visibility of capacity needs and provide relevant delivery information to the responsible Delivery Manager of the account.

• Learn and apply AI delivery practices, share practical insights and participate in the DM Community.

• Proactively communicate internally and externally delivery updates.

TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:

• 1+ years IT project management or IT related experience (software development projects)

• Basic theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Basic knowledge of task tracking systems (ex. Jira/Azure DevOps) and collaboration tools (ex. Confluence)

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle and standard processes

• Ability to ask clarifying questions regarding customer requirements and needs

• Ability to understand roadmap and main goals of the teams

• Ability to build healthy relationships with customers and willingness to learn the customer's business context, goals, and the impact of the team's work

• Ability to gather information about the business value of service requests and support prioritization with the responsible decision-makers

• Be curious about AI-driven project management tools

• Basic awareness of data privacy and AI Ethics

• MS Office package fundamentals

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good planning and time management skills

• Ability to organize information, analyze basic delivery data and present concise updates to team and project stakeholders

• Ability to listen actively and support constructive alignment on actions and priorities

• Ability to notice delivery concerns, raise them early, and seek support when team wellbeing, quality, timelines, or commitments may be affected

• Good customer and team orientation, open to feedback, willing to ask for support

• Able to adapt to changing priorities, learn from new situations, and remain organized when context changes

NICE TO HAVE:

• PSM I, an equivalent Agile foundation certification, or willingness to obtain one as part of the development plan is a plus

• Foundational knowledge of project management, such as Prince 2/ ITIL/ ASL is a plus

• University degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent technology degree
